Indian restaurant West Lothian celebrates two awards at the Scottish Curry Awards


A popular Indian restaurant in West Lothian is celebrating after winning two awards at this year’s Scottish Curry Awards.

The Bay Leaf at Uphall Road in Pumpherston was named Curry Restaurant of the Year in the South East and manager Tikaram Kharal was named Manager of the Year.

Tikaram said the whole team is delighted with their double success and thanked all of their loyal customers.

He said: “We are absolutely delighted to have won two awards at the Scottish Curry Awards 2022

“We thank everyone who supported us in winning this prestigious accolade. We couldn’t do this without your love and support.

The awards recognize the hard work, determination, impeccable service and effort of Scotland’s finest curry establishment and professionals who create and serve delicious dishes to an excellent standard.

The awards are organized by Oceanic Consulting.
